Return & Exchange Policy – 757 3D Prints

At 757 3D Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom 3D-printed products. Due to the nature of our work, we have a strict return and exchange policy as outlined below.

Exchanges

  • We accept one-time exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition and not used or altered.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

Refunds

  • No refunds are offered unless the item arrives damaged.
  • If the item is damaged upon arrival, the customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
